An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Safety Team as a Community Safety Officer. You’ll drive targeted interventions, analyse data – turning this into action, lead engagement, coordinate events, support domestic abuse work and build strong links with key agencies to reduce crime, improve safety and wellbeing across Dacorum. Working with range of internal and external stakeholders, and partners including Police, Fire & Rescue, Public Health and local agencies, you’ll shape policy, coordinate events, support delivery of the Domestic Abuse Action Plan and strengthen community links to address local priorities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with partners, engaging residents and turning insight into meaningful action. If you’re organised, collaborative and passionate about improving outcomes across communities, this role offers the chance to influence real change.
