Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel heard and supported.
- Maintain accurate records and request relevant evidence to support case resolution.

- Respond to correspondence in line with our Customer Care Standards and brand guidelines.
- Support the team with routine administrative tasks and contribute to service improvement reporting.

We’re excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a Community Safety Co-Ordinator to join our established Community Safety team. This role plays a vital part in delivering an outstanding ASB service to our residents, working closely with Community Safety Officers and other colleagues across the business. As the first point of contact for ASB reports, you’ll assess risk, agree action plans, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout. You’ll manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits, and support the team with administrative duties and service improvement initiatives.
