Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a skilled Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Psychiatric Liaison Team at the Long Fox Unit, Weston General Hospital. This is a front-line mental health role where you’ll work as part of a dynamic team assessing and supporting patients in acute hospital settings who present with mental health needs. You will be expected to conduct autonomous assessments and provide swift mental health interventions, working closely with acute hospital teams, emergency departments, and wider community services.
Key Responsibilities:
