Summary: The Program Manager for the Community Delivery Program in London will oversee the expansion and operational excellence of a charitable initiative that delivers meals and supplies to those in need. This role involves developing partnerships with charity organizations, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance program delivery and maintain high standards across community organizations. This is a fixed-term contract position until October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify new charity partners aligned with Community Delivery programme objectives
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential charitable organisations, including proactive outreach
- Conduct partnership assessments to evaluate operational readiness and strategic fit
- Drive programme scale through partner acquisition
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new charity partners
- Develop and deliver training materials and operational guidance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration
- Partner with operations teams to provide on-the-ground support for charity partners
- Identify and resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner experience
- Define and track performance for Community Delivery programme, including preparing regular reports
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Key Skills:
- Strong in written and spoken communication
- Able to use Excel for data analysis through functions, such as VLOOKUP
- Able to gather and analyse data to figure out outliers and trends
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardisation
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation
- At least 2 years of experience in project, program management, working cross-functionally

Additional: This role will lead the successful execution of Community Delivery operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, cost and delivery partner experience. The successful candidate will manage relationships with charity partners and oversee all under-the-roof operations to ensure smooth program delivery. This role will provide updates with Senior Leadership on the status of the program. The role combines data-driven decision making with strategic program management:
- Conduct partner evaluations for new launches
- Lead operational readiness reviews for new launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements based on metrics and insights
- Review and analyse operational metrics and DP feedback weekly
- Visit sites to monitor operations and gather feedback
- Support any urgent operational needs
Required:
