Summary: The Community Payback Supervisor role involves overseeing service users engaged in community payback activities in Leicester. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and relevant staff are alerted to any risks.
- Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available and used safely by service users.
- Use motivational techniques to ensure service users complete assigned work in a disciplined manner.
- Monitor attendance of service users and promote successful completions.
- Maintain service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements.
Key Skills:
- Effective inter-personal skills for supervising people constructively.
- Problem-solving experience within a workplace or similar environment.
- Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm.
- Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
- Driving Licence.
