Summary: The Community Payback Supervisor role involves overseeing community service placements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and motivating service users to complete their assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and complete associated paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available and used safely by service users.
• Use motivational techniques to ensure service users complete work in a disciplined manner.
• Monitor attendance of service users and promote successful completions.
• Maintain service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements.

Key Skills:

• Effective interpersonal skills for constructive supervision.
• Problem-solving experience in a workplace or similar environment.
• Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm.
• Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
