Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and relevant staff are alerted to any risks
• Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available and used safely
• Use motivational techniques to ensure service users complete assigned work
• Monitor attendance of service users and promote successful completions
• Maintain service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements

Key Skills:

• Effective inter-personal skills for supervising people
