Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, alerting relevant staff to any risks and completing associated paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available and that instructions for safe use are followed by service users
• Use pro-social and motivational techniques to ensure service users complete assigned work in a disciplined manner
• Monitor attendance of service users and promote successful completions
• Maintain service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements, ensuring timely and accurate updates on the case management system

Key Skills:

• Effective inter-personal skills with the ability to supervise constructively while maintaining authority
• Evidence of problem-solving within a workplace or similar environment
