Summary: The Community Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the TikTok Shop E-commerce creator ecosystem across Europe. This position focuses on creator recruitment, community management, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in multiple languages and experience in community operations. This role is managed by a third-party agency, and the assignment is temporary, lasting between 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outreach strategies to identify and invite high-potential creators; manage end-to-end conversion funnels via WhatsApp and other private domains to ensure successful onboarding and data collection.
  • Lead the daily operations of creator communities in the EU; establish standardized SOPs to ensure timely response and maximize community stickiness and DAU.
  • Stay ahead of global and local viral trends; curate and distribute "Creator Kits" (e.g., trend alerts, creation guides, and task reminders) to lower the barriers to creation for users.
  • Track and analyze community metrics to identify bottlenecks; design incentive programs to facilitate "Level-up" transitions for creators from Entry-level to Top-tier creators.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Creator" by gathering local feedback; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure localized platform benefits reach the community effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
  • Experience in international community/creator operations.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
