Summary: The Community Nurse role in Wales involves providing essential nursing services in the community, focusing on medication administration, palliative care, and various nursing procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leg ulcers and provide appropriate care.
  • Conduct Doppler training and CHC nursing needs assessments (preferred but not essential).
  • Work flexible shifts, primarily Monday to Friday, with potential evening and weekend coverage.
