We are looking to hire a community manager to build, nurture and deliver an ecosystem for members and stakeholders to connect and engage with as the IPSE community ensuing multiple touchpoints of value through the whole member lifecycle. The role will also ensure commercial viability of events, products and brand awareness opportunities for non-members to engage with. We are looking for someone to spearhead the development and execution of the community strategy, defining the roadmap for community activation and taking concepts from idea to execution.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members at different stages of their journey through various channels such as social media, events (up to 36 events per year), and in-person meetings. This involves understanding their challenges, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
Micro communities: lead and scale micro-communities within the membership to encourage connection and knowledge share.
Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners within the community to enhance collaboration opportunities and expand the organisation's reach and impact.
Revenue generation: undertake commercial activities relating to the promotion of our membership, events and additional products
Lead generation: create opportunities for prospective members to engage with IPSE to aid the conversion into membership.
Reporting: Track relevant metrics and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. Generate regular reports outlining key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder management: engage with people, companies and communities which align with IPSE’s strategic objectives to ensure the ecosystem is running effectively
Collaboration: Work collaboratively across the business to ensure you’re in the know of what IPSE is doing to create a seamless ecosystem.
Brand awareness: by creating a positive member experience you’ll encourage the community to share the value of membership, encouraging referrals.
