What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Officer who will be the first point of contact for our community fundraisers who are looking to raise vital funds for us and provide administrative support for the team. At Thames Valley Air Ambulance, we’re committed to giving everyone the best chance when the worst happens. Every day, we’re called to life-threatening emergencies across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. But we can’t do it without the generosity of our supporters and that’s where you come in.
Your role
As Community Fundraising Officer you’ll play a key part in supporting a wide variety of individual and groups who are fundraising for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ensuring our supporters receive an excellent supporter experience by delivering a high standard of customer service via phone, email, post or in person and through accuracy of donation thanking and responding to enquiries.
- Developing and supporting relationships with key local community groups and organisations to maximise on-going support and income potential.
- Attending & supporting events hosted our fantastic supporters
About You
You’ll bring experience in dealing supporting members or the public and delivering a high level of customer service.
