Summary: The Community Engagement Worker role for The LEVEL LGBTQ+ Behaviour Change Programme involves delivering face-to-face community engagement sessions across Calderdale and Kirklees. About The LEVEL Programme

The LEVEL programme is a partnership between It will be delivered across Calderdale and Kirklees. The majority of work will be face to face and will include evening and weekend work.

For this vital role you will need excellent communication skills and will have a proven track record of community engagement along with experience of delivering engaging information sessions. A k nowledge and understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people who identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community is essential and in relation to domestic abuse would be beneficial. Engagement experience with statutory organisations and private sector businesses would also be useful.
