• Identify and nurture community champions & influencers to drive user activation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and feedback.
• Create compelling newsletters, social media posts, and internal updates to inform and engage the community.
• Plan and execute community events (both online & offline) to strengthen user participation.
• Lead EU training and provide support to assigned markets, with flexibility to assist across other regions/time zones as needed.
