Summary: The Executive Communications Manager will enhance and protect the reputation of a global leader in Crop Protection through strategic communications for the President of the global agrichemical business. This role involves managing key projects, crafting various communication materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a strong focus on both internal and external communications, particularly in relation to the company's business strategy and public presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage key strategic projects, including executive positioning at trade shows, media events, social media, and townhalls.
• Support quarterly financial reporting and the rollout of the refreshed business strategy.
• Craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, social media posts, briefings, and other communications materials.
• Collect and analyse information to develop concise and comprehensive messages for various stakeholders.
• Transform business topics into engaging communications using presentations, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to coordinate integrated communications approaches.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or public relations.
• University diploma in communications, journalism, public affairs, marketing, or a comparable degree.
• High level of strategic thinking and tactical delivery.
• Creativity in transforming scientific and business topics into powerful communications.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential.
