Summary: The role of Social Media Program Manager (Communications Manager IV) involves overseeing international social media communications programs, combining program management skills with social media expertise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise local and regional Social Points of Contact (POCs) on social media best practices and campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain toolkits and resources to upskill markets and improve social program performance.
  • Identify opportunities for international social media growth and develop strategic POVs.
  • Guide campaign delivery across multiple markets and independently manage program streams (e.g., Pilot activations, Connect).
  • Support international social media planning and execution.
  • Work closely with leadership on reporting, learning agendas, and improvement plans.
  • Maintain a holistic view of programs and regions, cross-sharing insights and best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and action plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for international program delivery.
  • Deliver workshops and program kick-offs.
  • Build strong relationships with local and regional social POCs.
  • Lead upskilling initiatives and best practice sharing.
  • Facilitate cross-program communication across multiple regions.

This role blends program management expertise with social media knowledge , guiding local and regional teams, sharing best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives. The ideal candidate is collaborative , detail-oriented , and capable of independently managing well-defined program streams.
