Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the communications and engagement plan for a confidential program.
- Provide project management support to the Council to deliver initiatives and improvements.
- Follow Council methodologies to ensure successful project delivery against time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects to align with strategic objectives.
- Define governance arrangements and ensure quality assurance for projects.
- Present regular progress updates to governance boards.
- Deputise for the Programme Manager as required and contribute to strategic direction.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Lead organization-wide projects to support the delivery of the organizational strategy.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects to ensure their successful delivery in line with strategic objectives. Define programme governance arrangements and ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of projects. Present and deliver regular progress updates to governance boards. Deputise for the Programme Manager as required and contribute strategically to the direction, leadership, development and management of the Portfolio. Effectively monitoring and managing projects risks and issues, escalating where necessary. Responsible for leading organisation-wide projects to support the delivery of the organisational strategy, and the continued improvement of the Council’s operations. Lead project teams comprising of technical and non-technical members to achieve project outcomes and be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the quality and regulatory standards.
