Summary: The Communication and Engagement Lead (Rebuilding) role involves developing and delivering a communications strategy to support the CQC's efforts in regulating health and social care in England. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of a communications and engagement strategy.
- Shape communication of complex change initiatives internally and externally.
- Drive communication and engagement plans in designated areas.
- Collaborate with a central team and wider Engagement directorate.
- Create and deliver impactful engagement plans across multiple formats and channels.
- Build effective narratives that simplify complex messages.
- Advise senior colleagues and provide constructive challenges as necessary.
