Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full commissioning process from design review through to handover
- Act as the client’s representative, ensuring systems are delivered, tested, and operating to the highest standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors
- Review commissioning strategies, programmes, and technical submissions
- Oversee witnessing of testing, validation, and system performance
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best practice
- Support project close-out, including documentation and training
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on client-side or consultancy-led projects
- Strong background in commercial and/or high-end residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes
