Summary: The Commission Analyst role is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract based in London, focusing on ensuring accurate and timely payments to advisers within a Wealth Management firm. The position involves preparing remuneration reports, executing monthly pay runs, and addressing adviser queries related to fees and commissions. The role requires collaboration with Payment Operations and Finance to maintain smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and validate individual remuneration reports for each advisor.
  • Execute the monthly adviser payrun using X-plan and CommPay to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Answer adviser queries on fees and commission, providing quick and accurate responses.
  • Work closely with Payment Operations and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs across functions.

Key Skills:

  • Experience within a similar role in a wealth management firm.
  • Experience working with wealth/financial advisers and compensation structures.
  • Familiarity with fees and commission associated systems like X-plan and CommPay.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of numeracy and accuracy.

Salary (Rate): £45,000
