Detailed Description From Employer:

Our client, a London Borough based in South London, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on a 3-month rolling basis. They are looking for someone who can deal with lease and licence work across a busy London Borough Legal team, with the exception of routine residential matters. Candidates will be expected to be on-site once a week, with our client looking to interview and hire ASAP!

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Demonstrating an ability to manage a workload relating to commercial property asset management including but not limited to: sales, purchases, leases and licence work
  • Showing a good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Local Government desirable
  • Must have experience in governance, development and housing and property asset management

Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
