You will be assisting a Partner on commercial property matters including:landlord and tenant mattersacquisitions and disposalssome development worklease extensionss42 noticespost completion adminclient onboardingad hoc day to day property mattersThe firm is a small practice so this would suit a Paralegal who wants to work in a close knit environment. The role will not suit somebody who wants to work in a large regional, national or international law firm.What the firm can offer you:hybrid working (on successful completion of probation period)a good work/life balance - typical hours would be 9-5training and development from the senior property lawyerno time recordingprogression opportunities - they are happy to discuss this at interview. Whilst you will not be given a training contract (or similar) immediately, they are passionate about developing their team's careers. Many of the Partners started as Paralegals themselves. This role would not be suitable for law graduates or those looking to change areas of law.
