About the role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to join our Commercial Property team, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, helping us maximise their value. In this role, you will take ownership of a varied property portfolio - ensuring full compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements while driving income generation. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be preparing insightful papers and recommendations for the Guinness Board, while also overseeing the full commercial lettings process from start to finish. Along the way, you will maintain accurate records, build strong relationships as the main point of contact for tenants, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external agents to keep agreements moving forward smoothly. This is an agile-based position requiring travel across the South West; so you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
