Commercial Property locum
Summary: The role of Commercial Property Locum involves providing immediate support to a growing law firm in Leeds during their search for a permanent hire. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload in commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord-tenant matters. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and is ideal for someone with proven experience in commercial property. Immediate availability is preferred for this full-time or part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, development work, and general commercial property transactions.
- Provide support to the law firm during their recruitment process for a permanent position.
- Manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with a busy and supportive team.

We are working with a growing law firm in Leeds, established in 2015, that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide support whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive team, handling a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, development work, and general commercial property transactions.
