Service Care Legal are working with a Central London Local Authority seeks a qualified (part-time) Property Lawyer with the Property Team on a 3-month interim basis. Please find below further details regarding this position.

ROLE: Commercial Property Lawyer LOCATION: Central London/hybridCONTRACT: 3 Month Contract 3 Days per Week RATE: £40.10ph LTD/£35.93ph PAYE inc. holiday pay/£32.06ph PAYE exc. holiday payPlease note that this role offers flexible working arrangements.

The Role
