Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end procurement and contract management support in line with public sector commercial standards.
- Work with Project Managers to define requirements and select appropriate procurement routes, often through Public Sector Framework Agreements.
- Develop and present Commercial Strategies for business case inclusion.
- Support NEC Project Managers with contract management, including Compensation Events.
- Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Maintain compliance with Public Contract Regulations (PCR), Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR), and Procurement Act 2023.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NEC4, ECC, PSC.
- Experience with PCR, DSPCR, Procurement Act 2023.
- Procurement and Contract Management in the Public Sector.
