Summary: Talentmark is seeking a Commercial Manager for a 6-month contract with a multinational company, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with some on-site presence in Stone, Staffordshire. The role involves providing leadership on contract matters, developing strategies, and ensuring the execution of commercial aspects of contracts. Candidates should have relevant experience and a degree or equivalent in a related field, with a preference for those with energy sector experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and leadership on contract-related matters.
- Develop contract strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy.
- Identify the contract baseline and identify areas of opportunity and potential risk.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects on a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts.
- Support the Legal team in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Key Skills:
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject, or have equivalent working experience.
- Extensive experience in contract management.
- Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Effective communications and influencing skills.
Salary (Rate): £24.18 Hourly

18.21 ph PAYE or 24.18 ph via Umbrella
