You’ll work alongside agile and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving the success of customer projects by managing customer interfaces, optimising revenue streams, and supporting product launches.

We’ll look to you for

  • Management of customer projects and the customer interface (internal and external).
  • Organic growth of opportunities on existing contracts (volume, product or VO) to maximise profitability.
  • Bid support to the Commercial and Bids Teams.
  • Management and analysis of contract P&L, Optimisation of revenue streams with Customers.
  • Support for product launches.
  • Definition of the customer demand profile and schedules.
  • Conflict resolution with respect to customer priorities.
  • Cash flow management (debt).
  • Risk and Opportunities Identification and mitigation.
  • Project reporting and representation at Customer

  • Degree in Engineering / Project Management discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience or understanding of project and contract management.
  • Knowledge of rail industry standards, products, and market (preferable).
  • Familiarity with customer interface management (internal and external).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and drive others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Risk and opportunity identification and mitigation skills.
