We're looking for a Senior IT Commercial Manager for a public sector organisation based in London (hybrid) on an initial 6 months contract, paying £590 per day (Inside IR35).
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to spend around 40% of your time in the office in London.
The successful Senior IT Commercial Manager will lead high-value ICT procurements across both products and services, from early planning through to award.
You'll run multiple concurrent procurements at different stages of the lifecycle, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver outcomes at pace in a busy commercial environment.
You will need proven experience in the following:
Operational ICT procurement across products and services, including Networks Services, Infrastructure and SaaS
Delivering high-value tenders through a range of procedures, including the Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions
Applying public sector procurement regulations, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
Managing multiple concurrent procurements at varying stages
Strong stakeholder management and communication
Experience with Competitive Flexible procedures would be beneficial.
MCIPS or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
You'll need PA23 training completed, or a willingness to undertake it on appointment.
You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain CTC clearance.
