Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including agency contracts, SaaS, intellectual property licensing, and sales agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on industry initiatives in collaboration with the global legal and regulatory team.
  • Serve as a contact point for the UK Commercial Team and advise on legal and regulatory developments.
  • Work with the General Counsel/DPO on corporate governance and provide legal training to internal stakeholders.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and advocate for positive social and environmental impact within the team.
  • Model Talon values and behaviors to foster a positive culture throughout the organization.

Key Skills:

  • NQ to 5+ years PQE UK qualified solicitor or strong alternative qualifications.
  • Experience in-house or in private practice, preferably in data-driven industries, consumer goods, technology, or advertising.
  • Proficient in drafting and advising on commercial contracts with strong research and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising, marketing law, and intellectual property law is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
