Summary: Catalyst Talent is seeking a part-time interim Finance Consultant for a high-growth technology business, with the potential for the role to become full-time. The consultant will focus on financial analysis, management reporting, and enhancing financial planning processes. This position requires a commercially minded finance professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment. The role is based in Manchester City Centre and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and translating complex MI to drive business performance
  • Define, track, and analyse key business and financial KPI's
  • Build and enhance management information and board packs
  • Providing extensive commercial commentary
  • Partnering with senior leadership and driving positive change
  • Improving FP&A processes and data integrity in line with business growth

Key Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Highly commercial with extensive experience of analysis and interpreting complex MI
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on and comfortable being in the detail
  • Experience of maintaining and interpreting financial models

Salary (Rate): £70.00/hr

Catalyst Talent are currently partnered with a high growth, investor backed technology business in sourcing a part-time interim Finance Consultant with a strong commercial background. This role is expected to be long term and eventually full time for the right individual.

Role: Interim Finance Consultant, Part-time

Day Rate: £500pd

Contract: 6 months with possibility of extending

Location: Manchester City Centre, Hybrid

This role will be responsible for analysing and interpreting MI to enhance financial planning, improving the quality of management and board reporting, and ensuring the business has a clear view of performance and growth potential. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced and ever changing environments.
