Commercial Finance Manager

Great opportunity to join a leading London-based Retail company as Commercial Finance Manager. This role will support the wider business and provide insights to optimize business performance.

This role has the possibility to go permanent and will offer hybrid working, 2 days in office.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading FP&A activities to drive decision making
• Leading monthly Board reporting
• Identifying and driving process improvements
• Providing insightful reporting to improve profitability
• Acting as Business Partner to core functions, challenging and influencing decisions
• Supporting annual budget process
• Ad hoc tasks as required including financial modelling and analysis

The candidate:

• Experienced accountant – CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Commercial and analytical finance experience ideally gained in a consumer lead business
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially strong with ability to influence at all levels
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Strong modelling skills
• Advanced Excel skills
