Summary: The Commercial Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the finance function of a fast-paced business, focusing on the month-end close process, forecasting, and management information delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the full month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and support forecasting and reforecasting cycles.
• Deliver robust Management Information (MI) and Management Accounting (MA) insights.
• Provide support to existing finance team members and serve as a backup resource when needed.
• Assist with process improvements and help formalize evolving finance structures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve understanding of business performance and profitability.
• Support transition planning and early-stage readiness for upcoming SAP implementation.

• Proven experience with NetSuite (Oracle) – essential.
