Forge Talent are currently working with a private equity–backed business based in the Manchester City Centre who are looking for a Commercial Finance Director on a hybrid working pattern This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive insight, performance, and strategic growth across multiple entities.

Job Description

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating closely with finance and operational teams to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Oversee cash flow management, maintaining robust controls and forward visibility.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and clear performance reporting.
