Summary: The role of Finance Analyst at KennedyPearce involves providing analytical support to a travel business in West London for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The position requires strong skills in Power BI and Excel, focusing on enhancing reporting, delivering insights on trading performance, and supporting pricing decisions. The candidate will also lead projects and conduct ad hoc commercial analysis. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance reporting suites, dashboards, data models, and KPI tracking.
- Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on trading and product performance.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven process improvements.
- Partner with the Product team to analyse product margins and support pricing decisions.
- Lead specific projects and provide ad hoc commercial analysis.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in a commercial finance, financial analysis, or similar role.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering actionable reporting and insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude is advantageous.

KennedyPearce are hiring a commercially minded and highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a travel business based in West London. This is a 6 month FTC working 3 days in the office. You will have Power BI and Strong Excel skills and ready to work immediatley.
