Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of seasonal trade campaigns (SS/AW, promotions) across B2B channels
- Develop high-impact sales tools (presentations, catalogues, selling guides)
- Deliver product training and support global sales teams
- Manage samples and showroom storytelling to elevate product visibility
- Track performance, analyse data, and report on campaign ROI
- Partner with key accounts (e.g. Heal’s, John Lewis) on joint marketing initiatives
- Support major industry events and trade fairs

Commercial Excellence Manager (12 months FTC maternity cover) We’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager (mat cover) to join our Marketing team in London. Reporting to the EMEA Sales & Marketing Director, this role acts as the critical bridge between Brand, Product, and Sales. You will be responsible for driving "sell-in" and "sell-out" by equipping global sales teams and retail partners with the tools, campaigns, and insights needed to succeed. This role combines creative marketing execution with rigorous commercial operations and sample management. The role is a 12m FTC maternity cover, ideally starting asap.
