We are seeking an experienced Commercial Bid / Project Director to lead the pre-construction phase of a major mixed-use refurbishment project valued at approximately £350m. This is a senior contract role, suited to a commercially astute professional with a strong track record of taking complex public-sector schemes from pre-con through to contract and onto site.

The Role

You will take ownership of the pre-construction process, providing clear leadership to a large, established project team and driving the scheme through contract close-out and mobilisation.
