Global operator in the logistics sector looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their close-knit legal team on an initial six month basis, with the likelihood of extension.
The role will be based in Central London on a hybrid basis, with two days per week required in the office.
You must be available to start by the end of November.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business including operations, HR and commercial, your day-to-day workload will encompass the following: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial matters, including supplier contracts, client T&Cs, NDAs, and financing agreements.
Preparing board and shareholder resolutions, as well as advising on corporate governance matters Other legal advisory work covering privacy, employment law and small scale disputes Managing relationships with external counsel Supporting on ad-hoc M&A projects.
The business believes that the role is best suited to a UK qualified lawyer (or admitted overseas with UK-based experience) with 4-12 years' PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit.

You must possess outstanding commercial contracts drafting/negotiation experience.
