Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support clients via telephone, chat, and email regarding changes to their products or payment services.
• Work towards targets in a telephony-based customer service role.
• Utilize in-house databases and MS Office, particularly MS Word, to assist clients effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while navigating client inquiries.
