Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support clients whose products or payment services are changing via telephone, chat, and email.
• Work towards targets in a telephony-based customer service role.
• Utilize in-house databases and MS Office, particularly MS Word, to assist clients effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to provide excellent customer service.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a telephony-based customer service role within financial services.
• Experience in commercial banking is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a target-based environment with strong attention to detail.
