- Ability to assess the cost and complexity of implementation and weigh this up against the commercial value and benefits of a proposition
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively engage diverse teams/SME’s to deliver sustained high performance
- An understanding of how financial services organisations operate and the associated regulatory environment
- Experience of managing robust and effective governance for commercial and product development activities
- A detailed understanding of the financial services industry, how products work and how value can be delivered to the customer
