Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze the impact of raw material quality on labor packing efficiencies and waste using business intelligence software.
- Coordinate and facilitate the budgeting process for the factory, holding regular meetings with management to discuss performance against targets.
- Develop manufacturing techniques and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Evaluate existing products to ensure factory and outbound costs are fully understood.
Key Skills:
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
- Prior commercial business partnering experience.
- Manufacturing experience with an analytical mindset and knowledge of business processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and standard costing.
