Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted partner to the Commercial team and senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing decisions.
- Supporting new business tenders and coordinating briefs across Finance and Commercial.
- Leading on forecasting and reporting, including budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Preparing and presenting periodic performance reviews and financial packs.
- Analysing promotional performance and ROI, advising on commercial activity.
- Developing financial models and reporting tools, including advanced use of Power BI.
- Driving process improvements and supporting procurement and value engineering projects.
Key Skills:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with a strong track record in commercial finance.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and experience in Power BI.
- Commercially astute with the ability to challenge and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and implementing change where needed.
