Summary: The Colleague Experience UX Researcher role is focused on enhancing the experiences of over 250,000 store colleagues within a dynamic organization. The position involves leading foundational research, developing research packs, and creating process maps to improve colleague interactions. This contract role requires a strong background in UX research and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful insights. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site in Welwyn Garden City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of existing research on user groups, roles, and profiles of store colleagues.
- Development of research packs, including personas, empathy maps, and other artefacts for product and design teams.
- Creation of process maps to document and enhance colleague journeys.
- Collaboration with the Head of Design and other stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
- Generation of impactful hypotheses and insights to improve colleague experience and business value.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in UX research.
- Experience in developing research artefacts and process maps.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze existing research insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Understanding of colleague experience and user journey mapping.
