Summary: The Coffee & Retail Development Manager will lead and optimize the non-food sales strategy across coffee, beverages, cafés, retail, and vending for a fixed term of 12 months.   • Act as subject matter expert for operational, sales, and retention teams, supporting bids and new business mobilisations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and L&D to ensure consistent quality, training, and promotional activity.
