Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, programme, and operate CNC turning machines to produce small precision parts.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Key Skills:

• Precision CNC Turning – Programmer, Setter, Operator.
• Experienced CNC Turners with expertise in CNC Turning Machining Centres, particularly NLX 2500-700 and NLX 2000-500.
