Responsibilities
- Application Development
- Design and develop a CMDB management application from the ground up
- Build intuitive interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management
- Develop CI lifecycle workflows, validation and data integrity controls
- Integrate multiple data sources using APIs and connectors
- Automate data collection, synchronisation and maintenance
- CMDB & Configuration Management
- Define and maintain robust CMDB data models
- Improve data accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Develop CI relationship and service mapping capabilities
- Support asset, infrastructure, application and service inventories
- Establish governance, audit and data-quality controls
- Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards
- Build operational and executive-level dashboards
- Develop KPI, SLA and CMDB health reporting
- Create automated reporting and scheduled management information
- Deliver trend analysis and performance insight
- Develop real-time monitoring and exception reporting

Experience required
Essential:
3+ years' application development experience
Strong SQL and database design experience
REST API integration
Data modelling
Reporting and dashboard development
KPI design and analytics
Strong understanding of CMDB / ITSM concepts
Configuration Management and Asset Management knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and translate business requirements into technical solutions
