Summary: The CloudCX Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to enhance customer interactions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create effective chatbot workflows and implement natural language processing capabilities. The position is a 12-month freelance contract with a hybrid working arrangement in Bristol or London, requiring on-site presence three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot workflows that meet customer needs
- Implement natural language processing NLP capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience
- Integrate chatbots with Back End systems, APIs, and third-party services to provide seamless end-to-end solutions
- Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insight
Key Skills:
- Solid experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using the Genesys CloudCX platform or similar technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in chatbot development frameworks
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management
- Experience integrating chatbots with Back End systems, APIs and databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Chatbot/IVRbot development experience is a mandatory skill
