Summary: The Cloud & Server Infrastructure Manager will lead a team of approximately 12 resources, focusing on the build, delivery, and administration of infrastructure services within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading organisation in the region, has a contract requirement for a Cloud & Server Infrastructure Manager.
You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 12 resources and would be accountable for the build, delivery and administration of robust and reliable infrastructure services (incorporating VMware, Windows, Azure) within a complex and varied enterprise environment, with a proven track record of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets, in the following technical disciplines:
- Server & Cloud Technologies (Azure, hardware architecture and resilience, operating systems, authentication, security principles and technologies, virtualisation, deployment and management, DNS, DHCP, AD & Group Policy)
- Storage Technologies (local and cloud storage options, SAN attached storage technology including fabric, data categorisation)
- Backup Technologies (cloud, client and server architectures and solutions, Virtual Tape Libraries) Knowledge of Storage Technology Tooling including Rubrik, IBM Spectrum Protect, Spectrum Protect Plus, IBM Tivoli storage manager)

Essential:
You will possess proven experience as a Technical Infrastructure Manager specifically within an Enterprise environment and where the focus has been on project delivery specifically around transitioning to an Azure Cloud environment.
- Must be a strong influential manager of people and stakeholders and be able to create excellent working relationships with contract partners and supply chain, to assist successful project delivery.
- Technical experience in:
- VMware Product Suite and Azure Product Stack
- Combined with experience in a large number of the following:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, SCCM
- Scripting Technologies (PowerShell/VBS Scripting)
- Understanding of SAN Storage
- Windows Server 2012-2019
