Summary: The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS) role is a 2-3 month contract position focused on migrating a SaaS application from a VPS to AWS Cloud for a company specializing in SaaS solutions for the transport industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Cloud migrations and strong knowledge of MySQL, with additional skills in PHP or Laravel being advantageous. This position offers a hybrid/remote working arrangement and is exempt from IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a plan, manage and execute the migration of a SaaS application from a VPS to AWS Cloud
• Assess the current infrastructure, create a detailed migration plan
• Provide technical guidance on Cloud Architecture

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience of AWS Cloud migrations
• Strong knowledge of MySQL
• Experience with PHP or Laravel is highly advantageous
